Positive Thinking

Positive thinking makes the world of difference when you are starting down the road to better health. It can really help keep you motivated if you choose to see the world in a more positive light. I have had friends in the past that say I'm miserable and I can't help it. YES. YOU. CAN. Happiness is a CHOICE. Repeat. HAPPINESS IS A CHOICE. No one is forcing you to be miserable. Its very simple my friends; you can choose to be miserable, to let it drag on and affect your every minute of the day, or you can choose to make a change or let it go, and be happy. Its up to you. Life is too short to spend it worrying, upset, or angry. Choose to be happy and to make the most of every minute. 


As for me, I tried taking probiotics a few weeks ago and broke out in some seriously crazy hives. I didn't know if it was from the probiotics or because I was under some crazy stress. So I stopped taking them, and gave my body a few weeks before trying them again. And now I'm itching like a crazy person again. I can't win. I'm going to try another brand and if I break out again, well then its off to the doctor. I can't imagine being allergic to probiotics. So weird.


As for my fluffy shadow, her royal highness is curled up at the end of the bed and eyeing me to come to bed. So off I go! Good night my friends!

  2. Agreed! And when you choose to be happy, others see it and realize they have a choice. It makes all the difference.
