I finally lost weight (31 pounds) and kept it off by ditching the fast food - which was really hard - and eating more fruit and vegetables. At my highest weight, I noticed that I was eating tons of bread and chips and no fruits or vegetables. I felt terrible and the weight just kept piling on. I also started tracking what I ate every day and that really helped.

A lot of being healthy is nutrition. Making those small choices to eat something like veggies and fruit over quick and easy simple carbs can make a huge difference! Congrats on your weight loss! That is awesome!
