Today is WIAW [What I Ate Wednesday]! This is a tradition started by Peas and Crayons! It started as a food diary and just exploded into a blogging social event once a week! Haven't you ever wondered what other people are eating? What do they eat to stay healthy? How do they eat healthy and still enjoy what they eat? WIAW provides insight into what other people are eating to be healthy as well as neat recipes! So have fun with it, make new friends and try some new things! Every Wednesday, I’ll post up pictures of everything I ate one day during the week! This will give you guys some insight on what I eat to stay healthy as well as show me where I can do better!
